Q: CAN I FILL OUT MY FORMS BEFORE THE VISIT?
You can fill out your forms before you arrive at our facility. To see a list of forms please click here. If you are unsure of which forms you need to fill out you can call our call center at 845-471-2848.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RESULTS?
Your examination will be read within 24-48 hours and be available to your referring physician. For many exams, you may request a complimentary copy of your images on a CD when you leave.
